TGI plc - Notifiable Interest

The Company has been notified today that Mr. Roger McDowell and family, now
have a material interest in 3,056,490 Ordinary shares which represents 14.1
per cent of the issued share capital of TGI plc. Part of this interest is held
through AXA Investment Managers.

The Company has also been notified today that M&G Investment Management
Limited no longer have a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of
TGI plc.
