                              Licensing agreement


Endeavors Technologies, Inc. ("Endeavors"), the US application streaming
software subsidiary of Tadpole, today announces that it has concluded a
worldwide OEM agreement with Proxy Networks Inc., ("Proxy") a US based company
specialising in remote control and remote management software.

The agreement grants Proxy access to and distribution rights for the
"Application Jukebox" software developed by Endeavors, which will be used in
conjunction with Proxy's remote control and remote management software
solutions.

The precise terms and conditions were not disclosed and further details will be
announced by Proxy in due course.

The agreement is Endeavors' third OEM license and first for Application Jukebox,
Endeavors next generation application streaming product set.

Peter Bondar CEO of Endeavors observed "application streaming is finding
increasing popularity with many software vendors for managing and controlling
the distribution of software. We look forward to seeing Proxy's next generation
products using our technologies"
