SWP was notified on 27 July 2015 that Seabreeze Limited ("Seabreeze") owns 14,042,149 ordinary shares, representing 6.91% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company understands that Seabreeze is owned by members of a family who have transferred their existing holdings of ordinary shares in SWP to Seabreeze. The transfers of shares to Seabreeze have no effect on the underlying overall interest of the family.
