 The Company was notified on 18 February 2009 of the resignation of 
Arbuthnot Securities Limited as nominated adviser and broker to the Company, 
with immediate effect. 
 
 
In the event that a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed by the 
Company by 7.00 a.m. on 19 March 2009, the listing of the Company's shares on
