                  BOARD CHANGES AT SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE PLC

Following on from the Acquisition of South Staffordshire Plc 
("South Staffordshire") by AquaInvest Acquisitions Limited ("AquaInvest"), we 
confirm that Roger Gabb has retired as a Non-Executive Director on 26 November 2004. 
Mr Gabb will continue to act as a consultant to the Board of South Staffordshire 
in relation to Aqua Direct Limited.

As a result of the acquisition,  Asim Zafar and Henry Thompson have been appointed 
as Directors of South Staffordshire on 26 November 2004.

Mr Zafar and Mr Thompson are both Directors of AquaInvest and Executive 
Directors of First Islamic Group.
