Delayed Audited Financial Statements - June 26, 2014


An extension has been granted to Solamon Energy Corp by GXG Markets for the
submission of audited annual financial statement until 11th July 2014. The
delay was petitioned for by Solamon owing to a need to seek greater
clarification in recent changes to requirements on audited statements.
