Change of Name

Further to the approval by Shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held on 9 May 2014, the Board is pleased to announce that the Company's name has been changed to Stallion Resources plc with immediate effect.

Dealings under the new name will commence at 8.00 am on 21 May 2014. The TIDM (ticker symbol) of "SPSM" remains unchanged as does the ISIN in respect of ordinary shares.
