                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Company announces that the resolution put to shareholders at the
extraordinary general meeting held earlier today to dispose of the Company's
indoor football centre at Fareham, Hampshire was duly approved.

The Disposal Agreement is still conditional on the landlord of the Premises
entering into agreements for the assignment and extension of the lease of the
Premises on terms satisfactory to Holyrood. A further announcement will be made
in due course when the Disposal Agreement has become unconditional.

Definitions in this announcement are the same as those used in the announcement
of 11 July, 2007.
