Shed Media plc ("Shed" or the "Company") has made an application to the London 
Stock Exchange for 13,913 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company 
(the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM to satisfy the exercise of options 
by an employee of Shed.  The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all 
respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.  It is expected that 
admission of the new Ordinary Shares will take place on 4 October 2010.
