Director's Dealings

Sceptre Leisure Plc was informed on 14 March 2011 that the Company's finance director, Mark White, bought 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 16.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 14 March 2011.

Mr White therefore now has an interest in 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.

As at 14 March 2011, the Company had a total of 55,545,542 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in issue. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 55,545,542.

This figure (55,545,542) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
