                 Announces company name change to CEC Unet Plc



London, Beijing, 19 October 2007: Sun 3C Media Plc, the Chinese mobile media
services company listed on AIM (AIM: SCCC), announces that following shareholder
approval and approval of the Registrar of Companies, the name of the Company has
been changed to CEC Unet Plc.

Trading under the new name of CEC Unet Plc will begin on Monday 22 October. The
ordinary shares will trade under the symbol CECU and the warrants will trade
under the symbol CECW.

Mr Li Gang, Chief Executive Officer said,

"Our new name of CEC Unet Plc reflects the Company's strategy to become China's
leading payment service provider and capitalises on our strong and important
brand in China."
