                            Resignation of Directors


London, Beijing, 13 July 2007: Sun 3C Media Plc ("Sun 3C", or "Company") the
Chinese media company listed on AIM (AIM: SCCC), today announces that Mr Matthew
Burr and Mr John McKeon resigned from the Company's board of directors effective
10 July 2007. Mr Burr also resigned his position as President as well as all
company posts effective on the same date.

Mr Burr and Mr McKeon are stepping down to pursue other interests, although Mr
McKeon will remain involved with the Company as a consultant.

Mr. Chen Zhaobin Chairman and CEO of Sun 3C, said, "We are very grateful to Mr
Burr and Mr McKeon for their dedication, hard work, and valuable contributions
to the Company thus far and wish them the best of luck in their future
endeavours."
