 Waterloo, Canada; February 11(th) , 2013 - Sandvine Corporation 
  (TSX:SVC/AIM:SAND) announces, pursuant to AIM disclosure requirements, 
  that in connection with the Company's announced normal course 
  issuer bid which commenced on February 1(st) , 2013, that for 
  the period inclusive of February 4(th) , 2013 through February 
  8(th) , 2013 the Company acquired 50,000 common shares at an 
  average price of CDN$ 1.822 per share. The shares purchased 
  will be cancelled.

As at February 11(th) , 2013, the Company had 138,544,996 common shares in issue.
