Allison, a recently appointed non-executive director, has informed the Company

Da Vinci CIS Private Sector Growth Limited which is listed on the Channel 
Islands Stock Exchange. 
 
 
Mr Allison also served as a non-executive director of the Company for the period 
between 17 November 2005 and 30 September 2009. 
 
 
The Company further announces that Mr David Allison has no further declarations
