Quadnetics Group plc was informed on 29th December 2011 that on 28th December 2011 Stephen Coggins, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,080 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 237p per Ordinary Share.
