   Redemption of Shares 
 
   Further to the announcement on 13 May 2014, the Redemption of 44,243,299 
Shares, representing 33.74% of the Company's issued share capital and 
returning circa $50 million to the Company's shareholders was effected 
on the Redemption Date of 16 May 2014, by reference to the estimated Net 
Asset Value per Share as at 30 April 2014. The payment, which will be 
made to Shareholders on 28 May 2014, will represent $1.13 per Share 
redeemed. 
 
   Following this redemption there will be 86,886,906 Shares in issue and 
this number should be used by shareholders as the denominator when 
calculating notifiable holdings of Shares in the Company.
