Further to the announcement released on 25 April 2007 stating the appointment of
Luke Johnson and Dennis Hall as Non-executive Directors of the Company and
Daniel Urmson as Group Finance Director, PRG notifies the market of the
following information required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM
Rules for Companies:

In response to paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules:



Luke Johnson was Non-executive Chairman of Just Tyres Ltd, which went into
administrative receivership in October 2001, and Mr. Johnson resigned as a
Director at that time. Sunday Business Newspapers Limited and Utility Cable PLC,
companies in which Luke Johnson was Non-executive Director until March 1997 and
May 1998 respectively, both went into administrative receivership on 22 July
1997 and 14 September 1998 respectively. Mr. Johnson was also Non-executive
Chairman of Income Tax Professionals Limited, which went into creditors'
voluntary liquidation in May 1999. No criticism was attached to Mr. Johnson
whatsoever in any of the matters detailed above.



Dennis Hall was a Director of JDR Composite Solutions Limited but he resigned
when the company went into administration in March 2005.



There are no further details in relation to the above appointment which require
disclosure under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
