Trading Update - AGM 25 April 2007

Following the disposal of our locum doctor division which was announced on
Monday 23 April, the following update deals exclusively with our remaining
activities which are focussed on teachers and social workers.

Whilst the market for staff in education and social work remains challenging, I
am pleased to report that we are on line with market expectations for the first
quarter of 2007. Operating profit achieved represents organic growth of 6 %
compared to 2006.
