Interim Management Statement


Patientline plc today issues its Interim Management Statement in respect of the
period from 29 September 2007 to 15 February 2008.

The Board continues to work to the strategy set out in the Half-Yearly Report
released on 27 November 2007, focusing primarily on finding a resolution to the
level of debt in the Company. Constructive discussions continue with the support
of our banking syndicate and your Board remains hopeful that proposals can be
brought forward in this financial year. In the mean time progress on cost
reduction and the development of additional revenue streams has continued.


As announced at the time of the Half-Yearly Report, a General Meeting, as
required by s142 of the Companies Act 1985, was held on 10 January 2008 at which
shareholders discussed whether any, and if so what, additional steps should be
taken by the Company - beyond what the Board is already doing - to deal with the
situation. No resolutions were put to the meeting.

Revenues in the four months ended 31 January 2008 were 25% below the same period
last year. Revenues for the ten months ended 31 January 2008 were 23% below the
same period last year.

Shareholders should note that it is unlikely that any value will be attributable
to ordinary shares following any restructuring of the Company's debt.
