Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company
will be held in "The Hobgoblin", 21 Balcombe Street, Marylebone, London NW1 6HE
on Friday 24 July 2009 at 10:00 a.m.
Copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2008 ('Annual Report and Accounts'), Notices of the Meeting and Proxy
Forms were posted out to all shareholders on 1st July 2009.
Additional copies of the Annual Report and Accounts may be requested directly
from the Company. The documents are also available on the Company's website,
www.pubsnbars.co.uk

Notes to Editor:
Pubs 'n' Bars owns and operates a group of community public houses located
mostly in the south of England. Since its admission to AIM in September 1999,
the estate has grown from 51 to 105 public houses.
Most of the pubs are 'locals' and each one has its own character, with the
majority of its customers coming from the immediate area. The Company aims to
maximise profits by encouraging its managers to take an entrepreneurial approach
to developing their businesses and by introducing new income streams such as
food and accommodation.
