Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM

The Board of Pressfit Holdings plc announces that is has not been successful in appointing a new Nominated Adviser and as a result trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7am on 16 January 2015 in accordance with AIM Rule 1. The Board will continue to evaluate alternative options to enable the Company's shares to trade again in the future, however there can be no guarantee of a successful outcome in this respect.
