                       Appointment of Commercial Director


Premier Direct, the leading nationwide shopping-at-work provider, is delighted
to announce the appointment of Keith Milton as Commercial Director. He joins the
Board on 27 March 2008.

Keith, aged 46, brings a wealth of business management and financial experience
to the Board. Previously, Keith was Finance Director at Pride Valley Foods
Limited, the speciality bread manufacturers, where he was responsible for
commercial functions as well as finance, IT and human resources. During this
time, Keith also participated in the transformation of the business from a slow
moving, loss making business to a profitable business with a focus on growing
sustainable high margin sales and tight cost controls. At the end of 2006 Keith
managed the process of selling the business to an international food company.

Prior to this, Keith helped to establish Elevon Limited, a software solutions
consultancy, where he built sales from start-up to �8m in under a year before
the business was sold to Alchemy Partners. He has also held a number of senior
management roles, including UK Finance Director for QSP Group plc, the listed
software business; Group Finance Director for Dataform Group Limited, a print
management company, where Keith was involved in commercial and operational
activities including contract implementation and IT processes; and Finance
Director at Claremont Garments Holdings plc, the listed ladies clothing
manufacturer.

Keith spent his early career in sales before qualifying as a chartered
accountant with Ernst & Young.
