                                  Result of EGM

On 29 January 2008 the Company announced a fundraising comprising a conditional 
placing of 6,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary 
Shares") at a price of 20p per share (the "Placing") to raise approximately 
�1.3 million before expenses.  At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the 
Company held today, all resolutions relevant to the Placing were duly passed.

It is expected that trading in these new Ordinary Shares will commence on 25 
February 2008.

Following admission of these new Ordinary Shares, there will be 27,230,920 
Ordinary Shares in issue.
