Pacific Alliance Asia Opportunity Fund Limited (AIM: PAX) announces that further to the announcement in respect of the Tender Offer on 6 March 2015, the Tender Price for the Tender Offer is US$1.68.

As stated in the Tender Offer Circular, the Tender Price is equal to the unaudited Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share as at 28 February 2015.

The last time and date for receipt of Tender Forms is 12.00 midnight (UK time) on Thursday, 9 April 2015.
