                      Director's dealing / issue of equity

The board announce the following:-

Suzanne Newnes-Smith

SNS Consulting Limited has been issued and allotted 156,154 ordinary shares in
the Company in lieu of �20,300 of services it has proved to the Company
(representing a price of 13 pence per share). SNS Consulting Limited has also
been granted a warrant over 156,254 ordinary shares in the Company exercisable
at a price of 13 pence per share. The warrant may be exercised within two years
of the grant date.

SNS Consulting Limited is a company controlled by Suzanne Newnes-Smith, a
director of the Company.

Furthermore, Suzanne Newnes-Smith has been granted an option over 350,000
ordinary shares in the Company. The exercise price of the option is 7.25 pence
per share, representing the current market price of the Company's shares. One
third of the options may be exercised immediately with a further third
exercisable on the first anniversary of issue with the balance being exercisable
on the second anniversary of issue.

Subsequent to the above Suzanne Newnes-Smith has an interest over 156,154
ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.3 per cent of the so enlarged
issued share capital of the Company. Furthermore, Suzanne Newnes-Smith has an
interest over options over 350,000 shares and warrants over 156,154 shares.

Stephen Doyle

Stephen Doyle, a director of the Company has been issued an option over 180,000
ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 7.25 pence per share,
these options may be exercised with immediate effect until 10 July 2018.
Subsequent to the above issue Stephen Doyle has options over 580,000 shares in
the Company. Stephen Doyle also has an interest over 1,361,154 shares in the
Company.

Issue of Equity

Pursuant to the above issue of equity to SNS Consulting Limited the Company has
applied for 156,154 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is
expected to occur on or around 17 July 2008.

The 156,154 ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares.

Following this issue of equity the enlarged issued share capital of the Company
will comprise 45,001,876 ordinary shares of 1 penny nominal value.
