The board announces that Stephen Doyle has been appointed as a director of the
Company with immediate effect.

Stephen John Doyle, (age 44, BSc (Hons)) has had 23 experience in delivering key
mobile technologies including mobile messaging, video calling, WAP services,
location based services, social networking. He has spent 14 years in senior
management positions within Motorla, Orange and the GSM Organisation.
