The Board of Mobestar Plc is pleased to announce that the company has signed a
significant new contract with Global Personals Limited, one of the UK's largest
dating and new media agencies. The contract is to provide Global Personals with
Mobestar's mobile dating platform, mDate and other associated services for their
many well known media title customers.

Global Personals currently have more than 3,000,000 members and this number is
growing at more than 50,000 new members per month. The service will be charged
mainly on a subscription fee basis at a rate of between �5 and �25 per month
with additional revenues coming from picture, video and text based activity. A
Pay as You Go option will also be available.

Implementation services will charged for each individual Global Personals
customer after an initial consultation and professional services fee of �25,000.
Mobestar has negotiated a guaranteed income for the first three months above
which revenues will be shared. Revenues will be shared equally thereafter.

The service will be launched before the end of September in time for one of the
industries most important conferences in Barcelona at the beginning of October.
