London Town is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting of the 
Company held today, all of the resolutions were duly passed with the exception 
of Resolution 2 relating to the re-election of Kailayapillai Ranjan which was 
not put to the meeting since Kailayapillai Ranjan resigned as a Director of the 
Company with effect from the start of the annual general meeting on 30 July 
2009.
