AGM Statement 
 
 
At the AGM held today, Bernard Clark, the Chairman of the Company made the 
following statement: 
 
"Sales of consumable products held up reasonably well over the past few months 
but sales of equipment are lower due to customers being unable to access 
sufficient finance. Although there are orders in the pipeline, at this stage it 
is too early to see any change in the pattern established in the first half of 
the year. Our new finance arrangements are now in place. We are in the process 
of implementing further upgrades to the new computer system in order to improve 
the online ordering process. 
 
 
The ongoing reorganization of the business continues"
