JPMORGAN SENIOR SECURED LOAN FUND LIMITED (IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION) (“the Company”)

INTERIM LIQUIDATION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT

At a general meeting of the Company held on 21 June 2016, shareholders passed proposals to wind-up the Company and Linda Johnson and Ashley Paxton of KPMG Channel Islands Limited were appointed Joint Liquidators (the ‘Liquidators’).

Further to the Company’s Circular dated 1 April 2016, it was noted that the Liquidators will make the first distribution (after providing for the Retention) as soon as practicable following their confirmation of the NAV and the Directors’ representations.  It was intended that this distribution would be made by or before 28 June 2016.

As the Liquidators are still awaiting confirmation as to Company’s net asset value the Liquidators have deferred the payment of the first distribution and will announce the rate as soon as practicable.
