Conversion Date 
 
The Directors announced on 14 October 2011 proposals to change the Company's 
Articles which would increase the frequency of conversion opportunities from 
half-yearly to quarterly. The New Articles were adopted at a General Meeting on 
15 November 2011. 
 
The first quarterly conversion date will be 2 February 2012. 
 
Instructions on how to convert Shares on any conversion date are available on 
Invesco Perpetual's website (www.invescoperpetual.co.uk/investmenttrusts). 
Elections for conversion must be received by close of business ten days prior 
to the conversion date, being 23 January 2012 in respect of this conversion 
date.
