Non-executive director retires

Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE: IMG, "the Group", "Imagination"), a leading multimedia, processor and communications technology company, has been notified by Gilles Delfassy, one of the non-executive directors, that he has decided to retire from the Board with effect from today, 24 March 2017, and as such will also step down from his role as Chair of the Technical Advisory Committee and membership of the Audit and Nomination Committees.

Peter Hill, Chairman, said:

"Gilles indicated last year that he planned to step down in 2017. Having handed over the Chairmanship of the Technical Advisory Committee to Nigel Toon and supported me since my recent arrival, he has decided now is the right time to retire.

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Gilles for his considerable contribution to Imagination over the last five years and wish him well for the future."
