19 October 2011 - Hansen Transmissions International NV (LSE ticker 'HSN') 
reports that on 18 October 2011 it received a transparency notification, which 
shows that on 11 October 2011 UBS AG has reduced its shareholding in Hansen 
Transmissions International NV to less than 3% of the 670,104,208 total 
voting rights in Hansen Transmissions International NV.
