Appointment of Advisor & Change of Registered Office

Hirco Plc announces that it has appointed IOMA Fund and Investment Management Limited ("IOMA") as its administrator and that the registered office of the Company has been changed to IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1AP. Both changes are with immediate effect. Under the terms of its agreement, IOMA will be providing corporate secretarial, registrar and accounting services to the Company.
