In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company has today received notification on 7 February
2008 that Ellis Stockbrokers Limited has sold its shareholding of 7,733,334
ordinary shares of 0.125p each in the Company to its parent company Dowgate
Capital plc.


Dowgate Capital plc has an interest in 7,733,334 (with an equal amount of voting
rights), representing approximately 16.00 per cent. of the issued share capital
of the Company.


The issued share capital of the Company is 48,333,333 ordinary shares of 0.125p
each.
