HOLLYWOOD MEDIA SERVICES PLC



                           RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION


Hollywood Media Services Plc (the "Company") announces that on 4 December 2007,
Catering 4 Events Plc transferred 20,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 41.4
per cent. of Company's issued ordinary share capital, to The C4E Group PLC
("C4E"), a newly formed holding company of Catering 4 Events plc.

The transfer represents Catering 4 Events plc's entire shareholding in the
Company. As a result of the transfer C4E has an interest in 20,000,000 ordinary
shares representing 41.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

C4E has entered into a shareholder lock-in agreement, with the Company, City
Financial Securities Limited (the Company's nominated adviser) and IAF
Securities Limited (the Company's broker) pursuant to which it has agreed not to
dispose of any interest in the ordinary shares in the Company prior to the
publication of the Company's interim results for the 6 months ending 30 June
2008, other than in limited circumstances, without the prior written consent of
the Company, the Company's broker and the Company's nominated adviser.


The transfer of shares and the lock-in agreement collectively comprise the
Transaction.


There was no consideration payable or receivable by the Company in connection
with the Transaction.



C4E is a substantial shareholder as defined by the AIM Rules. Additionally,
Martin Eberhardt a director, is also a director of C4E and James Holmes and Carl
Lindsay, directors were directors of Catering for Events Plc within the last 12
months.



The Transaction is a Related Party Transaction as defined in AIM Rule 13.



Michael Johnson (being the only independent director) considers, having
consulted with CFA, the Company's Nominated Adviser, that the terms of the
Transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are
concerned.



The issued share capital of the Company is 48,333,333 ordinary shares of 0.125
pence per share.
