HOLLYWOOD MEDIA SERVICES PLC ("HOLLYWOOD" OR THE "COMPANY")

HOLDING IN COMPANY

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, on 26 October 2007 the Company received notification that
Selcouth Limited bought in aggregate 5,833,333 Hollywood ordinary shares and as
a result now holds an interest in 5,833,333 ordinary shares of 0.125p each of
the Company (with an equal amount of voting rights), representing approximately
12.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 48,333,333 ordinary shares of 0.125p
each.
