("Helius" or the "Company")
Cancellation of trading of Ordinary Shares on AIM and Members'
Voluntary Liquidation
Further to the passing at the general meeting of the Company
held on 7(th) April 2015 of resolutions to, amongst other things,
cancel the Company's admission to trading on AIM, Helius confirms
that the last day of trading for trading of its shares on AIM will
be 21(st) April 2015.
The cancellation of the trading of the Company's shares on AIM
will take effect at 7am on 22(nd) April 2015.
The Board has initiated appropriate steps to appoint a
liquidator to effect a members' voluntary liquidation of the
Company with a view to returning capital to shareholders as soon as
reasonably practicable.
