                            ("FPS" or "the Company")


                               Directorate change


The Board of FPS has today, in accordance with the Articles of Association,
given Ong Lay Ann written notice requiring that he resign as a director of FPS,
and consequently Ong Lay Ann has ceased to be a director with immediate effect.


Lay Ann's employment by FPS as Chief Executive Officer has also been terminated
with immediate effect.


The Board has appointed John Ellison, the Group General Counsel and Company
Secretary, as Group General Manager reporting directly to the Board to oversee
the termination of the Company's joint venture arrangements in Jiangsu province,
and subsequently to handle the liquidation of the joint venture vehicle Jiangsu
Electronic Payment Systems Co. Ltd.


The Board will keep shareholders advised of future developments as they arise.
