The Company was informed on 29 June 2007 that Gordon Shields had acquired
425,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at a price of 52 pence per
share representing approximately 1.5 per cent. of the issued share capital.
Following this purchase, the holding of Gordon Shields is 3,075,000 shares
representing approximately 10.8 per cent. of the issued share capital. The
purchase took place on 29 June 2007.
