The directors of Fonebak announce the resignation from the board of Stephen
Shields, an executive director of the Company, with effect from 30 June 2007, as
referred to in the Company's trading statement released on 6 June 2007.


Although no longer a board director, Stephen will remain an employee of the
Company will continue to focus his efforts on building sales in the core Fonebak
business.
