Re Announcement by Evolve Capital Plc
Kimono Investment Holdings Limited and Mrs Susan Vandyk (the
"Shareholders") note the announcement made by Evolve Capital plc
("Evolve" or "Company") earlier today regarding the recent movement
in the Company's share price ("Announcement") and confirm that they
are in discussions with the board of Evolve which may or may not
lead to an offer for the Company.
The Shareholders also confirm that the Announcement was made
with their consent and specifically that any offer for the Company,
if made, will not be in excess of 0.35 pence per ordinary share of
0.1 pence each in Evolve.
