Deep Sea Leisure plc ("the Company")

Result of EGM

Deep Sea Leisure plc announces that at the EGM of the Company held earlier today
the resolution proposed to cancel trading of the Company's shares on AIM was
passed.

Consequently, cancellation of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM
will occur from 13 May 2008 and will be effected by a dealing notice being
issued at 7am on that day.  Shareholders are reminded that they have until the
close of business on 12 May 2008 to take advantage of Net Ein's willingness to
purchase ordinary shares from those minority shareholders who wish to sell some
or all of their Deep Sea Leisure plc shares, details of which are set out in the
circular to shareholders dated 20 March 2008.
