IN SPECIE DISTRIBUTION

Further to the Company's announcement released at 10.31 a.m. on 15 March, 2018 under RNS number 8434H, the Board of directors confirm that they have today instructed the transfers of the Company's entire holdings of shares in Eurovestech plc ("EVT") and The Local Shopping REIT plc ("LSR").

The shares in each of EVT and LSR will be delivered free of payment to the CREST account of each shareholder in which they currently hold their shares in the Company.

All shareholders are asked to contact Karen Scott of Tilney Investment Management Services Ltd on telephone number 0151 556 8980 or by e-mail at Tilney.Transfers@tilney.co.uk to arrange the issue of matching delivery and receipt instructions through CREST.

Based on the Company's holding of 31,953,496 shares in EVT and 9,982,908 shares in the Company in issue (excluding treasury shares), for every 100 shares in the Company held by shareholders, approximately 320.08 shares in EVT will be transferred to shareholders, with fractional entitlements being rounded to the nearest whole number.

Based on the Company's holding of 18,300,000 shares in LSR and 9,982,908 shares in the Company in issue (excluding treasury shares), for every 100 shares in the Company held by shareholders, approximately 183.31 shares in LSR will be transferred to shareholders, with fractional entitlements again being rounded to the nearest whole number.
