In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:


CMS WebView plc's capital consists of 80,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence
each. CMS WebView plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in CMS WebView plc is 80,000,000.


The above figure (80,000,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CMS WebView plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
