                                 Board Changes


The Board of Directors of Champion (the "Board") announces that it has accepted
the resignation of Ian Currie (Non-Executive Director and Chairman) with effect
from 2 July 2007. The Board would like to thank Ian for his contribution to the
business since he joined in October 2003 and to wish him all the best for the
future.  Ian is resigning due to other business commitments.

The Board is also pleased to announce that Kevin Philbin (Non-Executive
Director) has now been appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
