Notification of Interest

The Company has been informed on 29 September 2006 that The Union Discount
Company Limited, a company wholly owned by Peter Gyllenhammar, acquired 101,000
ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") in the Company.

The Company has also been informed that Bronsstadet AB, a company also wholly
owned by Peter Gyllenhammar, acquired 22,500 ordinary shares of 5p each 
("Shares") in the Company.

Pursuant to these transactions, The Union Discount Company Limited and
Bronsstadet AB now own a combined total of 3,471,500 ordinary shares (or 19.2
per cent. of the issued share capital), representing Mr. Gyllenhammar's entire
interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
