Cancellation of listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange 
 
The premium listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange of the 
participating redeemable preference shares of no par value issued by the 
Company (ISIN number GG00B0MSVZ38) was suspended from 7:30 a.m. on 18 April 
2011. 
 
The Liquidators wish to announce the intention to cancel the premium listing on 
19 July 2011 in accordance with the circular published by the Company on 14 
March 2011 and the General Meeting held on 18 April 2011.
