Suspension of listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and 
Result of General Meeting 
 
The Board refers to the circular published by the Company on 14 March 2011 in 
connection with the recommended proposals for the members' voluntary 
liquidation of the Company and the cancellation of admission to trading of the 
Company's shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and the 
General Meeting held today at 11 a.m. 
 
Shareholders passed all the Resolutions considered at the General Meeting. 
 
The premium listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange of the 
participating redeemable preference shares of no par value issued by the 
Company (ISIN number GG00B0MSVZ38) was suspended from 7:30 a.m. today.
