                           Updated Share for Share Transaction Announcement 
 
 
The  Directors of CADS are pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement made on  12th  October 
2011,  the  transaction  referred  to within that announcement has been  concluded  resulting  in  the 
following: 
 
    a)  CADS has issued 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares of Euro 0.0001 Each at a premium of Euro 0.0199 to 
        Proventus Energy Plc ("PE"). 
 
    b)  CADS have received consideration in respect of the issuance referred to above of 3,340,000 
        Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each in PE which equates to a 3.916% equity stake in PE. 
 
 
Following  this  issuance of 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares by CADS to PE, the total  number  of  Ordinary 
Shares of Euro 0.0001 Each in CADS in issue is 284,348,564. 
 
The  total  shareholding  of the Directors following this issuance remains  at  22,700,769  which  now 
represents 7.98% of the enlarged Share Capital.
